If I understand this correctly (RAW) then if target suffers forced movement of 3 or more squares, they'd take [Con] damage. That said, there's a lot fewer ways to move a foe 3 squares than there is for 1 or 2 squares. | |

| Reading it I would think they take the damage.
I cant find a reference at this point but if force movement drives you into a Zone like Orbmaster's incendiary detonation, I would expect you to take damage and see this as an equivalent. If there is an exclusion to this intrepretation for the zone then it could apply to the same feat.
