It is my understanding of our discussion the other night on line we will be enforcing the daily limits on magic items as we progress from here on in.

To that end I would like to propose that miscellaneous items that are not combat specific (example: Bridle of Conjuration and Hunter's Flint) be excluded from our daily allotment.

To manage this I think we should discuss and agree on an item by item basis as we find/want to take items moving forward.

Add to list: Chime of Awakening
Hopefully: Obsidian Steed (so Skar can use his mount too)

Planning to activate it outside of combat and have it up for 8 hrs.
If activated during an encounter, then I'd count it as a combat daily power usage.
Daily item powers activated outside of encounter rounds don't count towards daily power usage.

That's my take on it.
