Hey,
Here's the latest and greatest: http://www.wizards.com/DnD/Article.aspx?x=dnd/updates

After a quick scan through, some of the things that jumped out at me were changes to:

-Righteous Brand (cleric at-will in PHB1)
-Orb of Imposition (wizard implement in PHB1)... changes me.
-Lasting Frost (paragon feat in PHB1)
-Overlapping Durations (general rule)
-Weapon Expertise and Implement Expertise (feats in PHB2)
-Hide Armor Expertise (feat in Primal Power)
-Winged Horde (dragon)... might be able to be used now?
-Salve of Power (AV)... don't think I even want it anymore!

Well that makes hide armor expertise completely useless.
It also changes my boots of eagerness, so they convert a minor into a move action, instead of giving a free move action.

I see the point on the orb.. don't want a lot of stacking "for encounter" penalties.

The salve.. not quite totally useless, but significant power hit.

But typically we don't implement rule changes right away, because they are too frequent and too game changing, so until Don says we're changing, these are just an FYI of possibilities.

Orb of Imposition- what part of "This saving throw limitation is part of a larger
effort to mitigate the use of saving throw penalties to
lock down enemies for the duration of an encounter." Is confusing you, given that was how you were building your character.... Razz

Why wouldn't you re-pick up an encounter power with the salve? I understand that change, the ability to re-grab a daily, especially for you, could swing a days worth of encounters, something they were trying to avoid with magic items.

Hide expertise doesn't surprise me- that was a ridiculous buff for one feat at mid to high levels and was talked to death on the boards.

As for implementing these changes- 9th level (for the buk of the party). Won't cripple your builds mid-level, especially given you are essentially mid-battle.

The salve is possibly more powerful in the hands of refreshing one of our encounter healing abilities, like Chrys', but a couple twists of space are nice too.
