Feat: Ancient Stone (21st goliath)

Prerequisite: 21st level, goliath
Benefit: When your stone’s endurance racial power ends, you gain resist 10 to all damage until the end of your next turn.

Stone’s Endurance Goliath Racial Power
Your foes’ attacks bounce off your stony hide.
Encounter
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You gain resist 5 to all damage until the end of your next turn.
Level 11: Resist 10 to all damage.
Level 21: Resist 15 to all damage.

Since Stone's endurance is already at 15 DR by level 21, does Ancient Stone make it 25 DR?

I read the start condition for the feat as when the previous effect ends so you get DR 15 until the end of your next turn then you get DR 10 until the end of your turn after that.
